The brightest dot on the block

Besides drawing whimsical cartoons on the iPad, I like working with simple geometric forms.  Here I used a simple 12″ x 12″ square of black fabric on which I stitched monoprinted small circles.  Then I quilted the whole piece traveling from one circle to the other.  This is the result and the title was obvious to me: “The brightest dot on the block”.

Love this one too- Your work is amazing. I had thought there were no new ideas in quilting anymore.
